*如對於外國學生申請系統或申請入學條件、資格有相關問題，可於上班日，每日10:00～12:00、14:00～16:00至中原大學國際暨兩岸教育處（維澈704）或來電、電子郵件詢問。

  1. 個人履歷 Resume
  2. 畢業證書 Bachelor’s Degree Diploma
  3. 自傳 Autobiography
  4. 就讀動機 Statement of Purpose
  5. 讀書計畫 Study Plan
  6. 歷年成績單 Transcript
  7. 語文檢定證明 Language Proficiency Certificate
  8. 財力證明(4000 美金或等同之價值金額；證明須為金融機構所開立或政府、大專校院或民間機構等相關單位提供全額獎助學金之證明，代辦、公司行號或個人開立之證明將不予採用)Financial statement (of USD4000 or the equivalent amount; must be issued by financial institutions, or relevant entities such as the government, universities, or
    private organizations providing full scholarships. Statements issued by intermediaries,businesses, or individuals will not be accepted.)
  9. 護照影本 Photocopy of Passport
  10. 其他有利審查之資料(如：專業證照或證書、特殊表現、其他獲獎紀錄等)Additional supporting materials (e.g., professional certifications or licenses, special achievements, other awards records, etc.)
