Financial statement (of USD4000 or the equivalent amount; must be issued by financial institutions, or relevant entities such as the government, universities, or private organizations providing full scholarships. Failure to provide documents in PDF format may result in the inability to display files in the system, and applicants will be responsible for.<\/p>\n<p>(\u4e09) Application Fee: Free<\/p>\n<p>(\u56db) Note<br \/>For applicants who are current-year graduates and have not yet obtained their graduation certificate, it is not necessary to submit it at the time of application. However, applicants must submit their student ID card or a &#8216;Certificate of Enrollment&#8217; or an &#8216;Expected Graduation Certificate&#8217;. If admitted, original academic documents (graduation certificate and transcript), verified and stamped by Taiwan overseas missions, must be submitted during registration. Admission will be revoked for those whose qualifications do not meet the requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\u4e09\u3001 Language Profic iency Requirements<br \/>(\u4e00) The Semiconductor Talent Cultivation Master\u2019s Program (Mandarin as a Medium of Instruction):<br \/>Before enrollment, applicants are required to achieve a Chinese proficiency level of at least A2 in both listening and reading on the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL).
