A.  Residence
      1. Required documents to apply resident certificate in Taiwan for overseas Hongkong/Macau students: 

  • Original & Photocopy of Passport

  • One colorful personal photo with white background (NO hat).
    (The same as the photo specifications of ROC national ID card)

  • Original & Photocopy of Hongkong/Macau Permanent Identity Card each of one. (Copy both sides of the permanent ID card and print them on the SAME side of the paper!)
  • Certificate of no criminal record within the past 5 years certified by overseas mission within three months (police criminal record certificate/ police clearance certificate); those who under 18-year-old do not need to prepare this certificate.
  • Original & Photocopy of Entry Permit one of each
  • Qualified certificate of health examination within three months (According to the announcement of Central Health Agency: “Items Required for Health Certificate (Form B) “）。
  • Photocopy of admission distribution notice
  • Certificate of Enrollment (you can download from i-touch)
  • Proof of accommodation (Residential Lease Agreement)
  • Application fee: NTD 2,600
