2025 Important Dates for International Student Admission:

Application Guidelines

(一)  Schedule
1. Deadline of online submission: Mar 3, 2025 to Jun 15, 2025

2.Interview Dates (1st & 2nd Batch):
From June 18, 2025 to June 20, 2025
*Detailed interview dates and locations (online/in-person) will be notified separately.

3. Registration Confirmation (1st & 2nd Batch):
Before July 10, 2025

4. Announcement of government scholarship recipients: Late July 2025

(二) Required Documents
1.  Resume
2.  Bachelor’s Degree Diploma
3.  Autobiography
4.  Statement of Purpose
5.  Study Plan
6.  Transcript
7.  Language Proficiency Certificate
8. Financial statement (of USD4000 or the equivalent amount; must be issued by financial institutions, or relevant entities such as the government, universities, or private organizations providing full scholarships. Statements issued by intermediaries, businesses, or individuals will not be accepted.)

9.  Photocopy of Passport

10. Additional supporting materials (e.g., professional certifications or licenses, special achievements, other awards records, etc.)
*All review documents must be uploaded in PDF format through the system. Failure to provide documents in PDF format may result in the inability to display files in the system, and applicants will be responsible for.

(四) Note
For applicants who are current-year graduates and have not yet obtained their graduation certificate, it is not necessary to submit it at the time of application. However, applicants must submit their student ID card or a ‘Certificate of Enrollment’ or an ‘Expected Graduation Certificate’. If admitted, original academic documents (graduation certificate and transcript), verified and stamped by Taiwan overseas missions, must be submitted during registration. Admission will be revoked for those whose qualifications do not meet the requirements.

三、 Language Profic iency Requirements
(一) The Semiconductor Talent Cultivation Master’s Program (Mandarin as a Medium of Instruction):
Before enrollment, applicants are required to achieve a Chinese proficiency level of at least A2 in both listening and reading on the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL). By the second year of enrollment, applicants must reach a proficiency level of at least B1.
