Responsibilities:
●Serve as the primary contact for the Higher Education Sprout Project (HESP), including budget and performance management for: A11 – UNESCO Talent Cultivation Program A12 – International Mobility and Recruitment of Top Talents A13 – Multilateral and Collaborative Talent Development Program
●Execute HESP-related activities and events, and prepare corresponding reports
●Manage international exchange subsidies under HESP, including: Faculty overseas collaborations and sister school expansion Faculty and student participation in overseas events
●Hosting international campus events and international conferences Handle hourly pay affairs for international programs (application, hourly rate management, etc.)
●Conduct Institutional Research (IR) analysis for internationalization indicators on behalf of the Office of International Affairs
●Manage college-level funding allocations for equipment and instruments, based on global engagement performance indicators
●Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
